Our experience with Uxari was great. We did security system, Sonos sound and front door lock. The order process was seamless and Bob was very informative. The installation was great and Daryl was very helpful in explaining our systems. The was no mess left behind as he cleaned up after the work. I highly recommend Uxari as well as Bob and Daryl.

Pablo was courteous, professional and helpful, he did a very neat job of installing the equipment and answered all my questions. The only comment is that he pretty much insisted I buy a $50 power strip/surge protector that I was not expecting. It would have been better if I had known up front.

I was having difficulty with a battery error message after upgrading my system. The service technician, Miguel Gomez diagnosed the problem and repaired the system quickly. My technicians arrived on time to hang 5 TVs in my new home. They we very capable neat, and communicated exactly what they were doing to get us up and running. Unfortunately for us, we did not have any furniture in our new home yet and our Techs advised us that to do the job properly it would be best o have our furniture in place first to make sure the TVs were placed at the correct height. So we did get our Lanai tv up and are rescheduling after our furniture arrives.

I wasn't prepared for the white-glove service I received after notifying Uxari that I wasn't completely satisfied with the service I received through them. In fact, I was personally reached out to by a supervisor who made sure that we didn't end the call with me feeling anything less than completely confident that my concerns would be addressed and taken care of.
Uxari made good on their promise and went above and beyond for us, and provided the kind of customer service that is paramount to me and the way I choose who to to do business with. No company, business, or individual person is immune to mistakes/errors, but how they choose to deal with them is what separates the bad from the good, and maybe even the good from the great. Uxari showed why providing good customer service will always win out, and for that I will be using them for additional services in the future. Thanks again.

I needed our 80" TV hung, and all our A/V equipment installed. Jim, along with Mike and Dave, was cheerful, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. When all the connections were completed, Jim took the time to help me program the receiver's remote so that now, we only need to one-touch for each function. The Uxari tech, Lenny, arrived right on time and immediately began the process to activate our security system. Lenny was very thorough and made sure the system was working perfectly before giving me a very detailed explanation of exactly what he did and how to arm/disarm the system and what procedures to follow in the event of an alarm or other emergency. Providing perfect customer service was his goal and that’s exactly what I received.

Lenny came as we had an electrical lighting surge that impacted our Alarm.com system and equipment. Lenny and all the Uxari/Vitex team is the main reason to not use those 800 -get-no-answer Internet and security firms. Lenny was very focused and careful to get the system up and running. He was very polite individual. He made sure everything was 100% vs. other outfits that try and rush through a service call. Hardware variances amongst other providers is not the reason to select a company. Their ability to be prompt, efficient and once-and-done resolution is why I stick with this firm!

Jim Watson not only changed my home to a smart home but had the more difficult task of education my wife and I on the use of the technology. I must say he was friendly and put us at ease immediately. He arrived on time wearing a mask the entire time which today is very important. He explained everything he was doing and stopped to answer all questions from my wife and I.
